Baum und Pferdgarten offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt, allowing you to return any unworn items with original tags attached for a full refund. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure your shopping experience remains effortless.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
